Today, self-care looks like informing my manager’s manager that no, I would not be able to finish the day while the roof construction went on directly over my head, and I would like a Work-From-Home/Excused day please. She’s English, she got it, and now am home. ☺️

I actually remembered to send my PCP a refill request for my Adderall before running out completely, and remembered to stop at the pharmacy on the way home this afternoon to pick it up! Please clap.
